Depression
Depression is a mental health condition and is also categorized as a mood disorder in the DSM V. Typically, patients chronically exhibit a depressed mood, experience hopelessness, general apathy, and disinterest. When left untreated, especially for extended periods of time, depression leads to multiple issues and complications, including suicidal ideation, difficulty or inability in carrying out day to day chores, errands and tasks, and several health challenges as a result of poor due to changes in sleep patterns and dietary habits.
