Asthma

What It Is

What is

Asthma

Asthma is a chronic condition that causes constriction of the airways, which makes it difficult to breathe normally. Asthma “attacks” are said to occur when a person experiences wheezing, coughing, and shortness of breath related to their asthma.

We are only able to treat stable patients. For your safety, seek immediate, emergency medical attention if your asthma is not controlled on an inhaler or you’re experiencing severe asthmas symptoms, including prolonged attacks not improved with inhaler or chronic, productive cough.
