Your medical insurance covers imaging services, lab testing, and prescriptions. However, our other services are low-cost, so we do not accept process claims or medical insurance benefits for them.
There are some situations in which our services are refundable. Even so, once the prescription reaches the pharmacy, all our services are non-refundable.
The short answer is yes! Online messaging is available 24/7, and you can also submit your consultation form at any time. As soon as your consultation is completed and approved, we’ll send your prescription to your preferred pharmacy. You can pick up the prescription whenever your preferred pharmacy is open.
If the issue is with the information entered, you can change the information on the form. If the issue still persists, then you can call us and pay over the phone.
Regrettably, we don’t control the fees charged by the pharmacy for your prescription, nor do we control whether the prescription is covered by your medical insurance. However, we will readily provide an alternative, more affordable prescription if one is available.
Online platforms come with certain restrictions. Since we can’t physically test our patients, there are some conditions we can’t treat. To ensure our patients remain safe, we do not treat medical emergencies, complex medical conditions, and children under the age of 18. If a situation in which we cannot provide adequate treatment arises, you will be refunded.
Payment for your online consultation is separate from and does NOT include the cost of your prescription. You will need to pay for your prescription separately at the pharmacy of your choice.
Medical insurance can cover these costs, and we will provide prescriptions for inexpensive or covered medicine whenever possible. If your prescribed medicine is not affordable, ask your pharmacist about insurance coverage, alternative medicines, and discounts. Most pharmacies will help fit your prescription into your budget.
We only provide consultations and treatment; we do not dispense medications. Once your consultation is completed and approved, we’ll send your prescription to your preferred pharmacy.
You can seek a refund by sending us an email or filling out our contact form. If we’re unable to prescribe your medication, we’ll refund your consultation fees. However, all fees are non-refundable once the prescription is sent to the pharmacy.
You submit and online consultation which is reviewed by a licensed provider and if approved, prescriptions sent within 2hours. You will receive an email/text notification once your prescription has been sent to your pharmacy.

Once we receive your consultation, it is reviewed by the doctor, the doctor will reach out to you via email/text if there are any additional questions about your condition. Once your consultation is approved, your prescription is sent to the pharmacy within 2 hours.
Prescriptions are sent electronically by the doctor within 2 hours and it can take up 1 hour for the pharmacy to fill your prescription.
we advise that you call the pharmacy to verify if your prescription is ready before going to pick it up. If the pharmacy cannot find your prescription send us an email at email@example.com
Consultations typically take 1-2hours for the doctor to review it.
unfortunately we do not currently deliver or ship medications. All prescriptions are electronically sent to your pharmacy of choice.
You will be notified via email once your prescription has been sent. We ask that you check your spam/junk folder before reaching out to us.
We get asked this question a lot and the answer is NO. we are a Medical clinic located in Dallas Texas. You can call us at (469)784-9262 M-F 8am to 4p CST if you are still skeptical.
The doctor will only call if he/she has additional questions or you request for a phone call. All our consultations are done online via email/text.
Please allow 1 hour after you receive “prescription sent” email from us. If the pharmacy still doesn’t have you prescription, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Unfortunately we are legally responsible to treat each patient separately. Your partner will need to submit a separate consultation to be considered for treatment.
We currently do not treat children.
A consultation is an E-visit with a doctor who reviews your complaints and symptoms to diagnose your condition just like you would at a regular doctor’s office.
The fee is doctor consultation fee which doesn’t include the cost of your medication at the pharmacy.
Currently all our consultations are online.
We only accept cash via all major credit cards such as visa, MasterCard etc.
Yes you can get treatment in the state you are physically present. However we require a copy of your picture ID to verify your identity.
